Source incomplete. This attachment is named for customising project role permissions, but its body contains guidance about creating and switching organisations. The requested step-by-step instructions were not supplied. No missing steps or permissions have been inferred. The download preserves the supplied document; contact Due support for the correct version.

1. Project permission instructions not supplied

The document does not explain how to customise Project Role permissions or provide a permission matrix.

The supplied project users and roles guide includes role information and marks its own unresolved permission gaps. Confirm configured access with the Project Owner or Due support.

2. Organisation text in the supplied file

The following organisation guidance is present in the supplied document. It is not a procedure for the topic named in this guide.

Overview

A service provider working with multiple clients may want an organisation for each client to keep them separate. Each project is separate from other projects.

Create a new organisation

Creating a Due account creates your first organisation, which you automatically join as the Account Owner. To create another organisation, follow the prompts from the organisation switcher in the navigation bar.

Navigate between organisations

After creating another organisation, use the organisation switcher in the navigation bar to switch between organisations.

Subscription availability

Your subscription may not include more than one organisation. Contact info@doitwithdue.com to confirm.

For account setup, see Create your Due account and organisation.
